Composing Effective Business E-Mails

Communication between humans is approximately 90% body language, 8% tonality, and 2% written word. With e-Mail, the first 98% of communication has been removed. E-Mail is such a large part of our business lives that we can't imagine ever being without it. It's become so commonplace that we end up doing most of our communicating with it - for our prospects, clients, vendors, co-workers, and even our friends. Yet, many of us don't really know how to write effective business emails using simple etiquette guidelines.

Attending one of our workshops will enhance your knowledge on e-Mail etiquette, e-Mail format and layout and e-Mail ethics.
