Testimonials
When Austrade needed an experienced training developer to assist us with
design, development and evaluation of in-house courses in risk management
and travel safety, we conducted market research to identify specialists in
this area. TDi Consultancy was subsequently engaged to guide us through
this process and assist us with aligning our courses with organisational needs.
The courses needed to provide leading edge and complex information in a
compressed timeframe, yet in such a way that the training could be readily
transported to meet the needs of staff in over 60 countries where Austrade
operates. TDi Consultancy's experience in the training design process
extracted the essential knowledge and experience from Austrade staff and
external subject matter experts to ensure the information was captured in a
structured format for use by internal or external trainers. TDi's training
design process kept the project on time and ensured that all areas of
required skills, knowledge and attitudes were addressed, so that attendees
received consistent and clear information. TDi Consultancy's advice on
training design, development and evaluation was always sound and their
knowledge of the training design process made a complex task an easy, and enjoyable experience.
TDi Consultancy exceeded expectations and provided a high quality product
which was critically acclaimed by stakeholders, managers and attendees alike.

I thought it was a great reality check (Cognitio Principle). I feel re-energised and keen to implement some ideas; excellent workshop, well run and kept on track/time which was good.
Macarthur Workplace Learning Program (MWLP)
Very good – the system works well (Cognitio Principle). Generated some good ideas and made me review current activities.
HR Focus
The Cognitio Principle workshop was brilliant. I picked up so many useful points that will help me exceed in my business.

Director
TDi Consultancy were approached by me to make a 'grass roots' assessment of a State Management team within our National organisation. This Team has had much of their collective career with us and to date have had no prior management training - simply expected to provide leadership because they were good operators themselves. This Team had been criticised in Staff Surveys for their leadership and management skills as a unit and they needed some tools to boost their strong operational skills.
TDi Consultancy's Principal Consultant, Shane Cassidy, dedicated considerable time to get to know the environment and existing management style. TDi Consultancy then designed, developed and delivered an organisation specific management/leadership training programme. The approach to training gained the Team's trust and the delivery style was friendly, yet professionally assertive.
The course participation was encouraging and the feedback good. The Team are now setting State Management Team Goals for the next 12 months with the aim to plan as far ahead as 3 years hence - an exercise never before seriously contemplated. The Team now have a greater understanding of each other and how they can better work together and lead their own teams. I look forward to assessing the results and actual changes made in the months to come.
